- Academic scholars enjoy a rich and balanced academic programme that includes the Academic Extension and Enrichment programme for gifted and talented students. Young musicians work with top class teachers in a state-of-the-art music suite and can participate in up to 25 classical and contemporary music groups. High achieving sportspeople are also well catered for with impressive indoor and outdoor facilities, and support from a group of dedicated coaches including many former international sports people.

International students learn from a rich and balanced curriculum at St Andrew’s and have the opportunity to take part in an exciting mix of sporting, cultural, service and leadership activities. During their stay, they are immersed in the unique New Zealand culture, and also experience the sights, sounds and traditions of our Scottish Presbyterian forefathers at many special events throughout the year. We encourage international students to participate in as many activities as possible alongside their studies, to create fulfilling and lasting memories.
Tuition Fees for International Students

- Years 3–4 - $25,000
- Years 5–6 - $26,000
- Years 7–8 - $27,000
- Years 9–13 - $35,000
Excluded from these fees are: NCEA (external examination) fees, purchases at the College Shop (uniform, sports uniform, personal stationery etc.), doctors’ fees, pharmacy charges, sports tours, taxis (personal), Outdoor Education camp charges, overnight field trips, lost and/or damaged texts/library books, photography/TV/film and other specialist course fees.
