The Land and Land Reforms Department of the Government of West Bengal has developed a mobile app to provide doorstep services for citizens. The app is available in three languages: Bengali, English, and Devanagari, and allows users to access live land data on a 24/7 basis. The app provides various options and information to users, including khatian information, plot information, LR-RS (Hal sabek) conversion, fees details, officer's details, and case status.
The khatian information option allows users to view ownership details of a particular khatian based on the mouza wise khatian number of the applicant. The details include the owner's name, owner type, father/husband name, address, total number of plots in the khatian, and total area in the khatian.
With the plot information option, users can view the khatian numbers of co-sharers of the plots with the classification of land, share, and share area (acre). Details of tenant type and possessor's details of individual plots are also available.
The LR-RS (Hal sabek) option allows users to convert plots between Hal and Sabek dag.
The fees details option provides plot-wise details of processing fees for mutation and conversion.
The officer's details option provides location-wise contact details of officers posted in the district, subdivision, and blocks.
Finally, the case status option allows users to view the status of their mutation application and any notices for hearing or investigation.
Overall, the mobile app of the Land and Land Reforms Department provides a convenient and accessible way for citizens to access live land data and receive various services related to land ownership and management.
