Google Doodle First Ever Doodle - Burning Man Festival
30th August 1998 - Googles First Ever Doodle published out in the web and it was for Burning Man Festival. Its interesting how disciplined and focus they were to keep this flow of the Google Doodle coming for last 20 years.
Google also managed to crowd source the google doodle by running different competition and rewarding the doodle creators. Citizen who have access to Internet would have definitely looked into the Google Doodle and also played with it. The interactive Google Doodle was a all together a different thought process.
On 1st May 2000 - Google Doodle came out with their Doodle Series by show casing doodle alien where they kept publishing series of doodles as per the subject
On 14th July 2000 - Google Doodle published their first international Doodle on Bastille Day 2000
On 31st October 2000 - Google Doodle published their first animated Doodle on the eve of Halloween 2000 by guest illustrator Lorie Loeb
On 17th November 2005 - Google Doodle published their first Doodle 4 Google Doodle, this was from UK. Doodle 4 Google 2005 - UK by Lisa Wainaina
On 13th November 2009 - Google Doodle published their first doodle made in the same day on the subject, Discovery of Water on the Moon.
On 21nd May 2010 - Google Doodle published their first interactive game doodle for celebrating 30th Anniversary of PAC-MAN our favorite game
On 16th April 2011 - Google Doodle published their first live action doodle on the eve of 122nd Charlie Chaplin Birthday
On 23nd November 2011 - Google Doodle published their first open sourced code doodle to celebrate 60th Anniversary of Stanislaw Lem's First Publication
On 22nd April 2012 - Google Doodle published their first Organic doodle for celebrating Earth Day 2012
