Here is a step by step guide to access RESS:
Step 1: Employee
should have updated their Aadhaar Number, Mobile number, Date of Birth is
updated in IPAS (Salary Bill System).
Pay Bill Clerk will be able to help you in updating all the details. All the
details as mentioned in the payslip has to used (like Aadhaar, Mobile no)
If it's already done, you may move on to step 2 listed
below.
Step 2: From the
registered mobile number, send an SMS START to 08860622020
You will receive a welcome message from CRIS on your mobile.
Please note that without subscribing SMS alert as above, it will not be
possible to get the initial password on your mobile to use the mobile
application.
Step 3: After
registering with SMS alerts, please open the link:
Step 4: Click on
new user registration link at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Enter
your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and date of birth. Click submit button
Step 6: On successful verification, the system will
send you a password to your mobile number.
Step 7: Enter the
password sent to your mobile. Click "Register and submit" button.
You will see the home page of RESS for your profile.
