Today we are writing about an iOS App Lively - Fun Group.

read as, Lively’s new group trivia game is a way for people to make new friends
in a fun, low-stress environment. Trivia games begin at 3PM and 7PM PST. Each
session is open for 30 minutes, and players can join a team at any point during
the trivia session.
GROUP VIDEO CHAT
Bar trivia nights are so popular because they’re social, and
we want to bring that fun, team experience right to your phone. When it’s
trivia time, you’ll automatically be placed in a group video chat team of 2–4
people. With your team, you will work together to answer a series of 12
questions. (And don’t worry—if you answer incorrectly you still get to keep
playing!) When the individual game ends players will have the opportunity to
continue chatting, or can exit the chat. When the trivia session ends, results
will be sent out so you can see how your team ranked among other teams!
PLAY (ALMOST) WHENEVER YOU WANT
Instead of waiting at your phone for the clock to strike
12:00, Lively gives you ample time to play. There are two game sessions per day,
the first beginning at 3PM PT and the second at 7PM PT. Each session lasts 30
minutes. Join in at anytime during that 30 minute period to be placed on a team
and play! You’ll work with your team to compete against other teams also
playing in that 30 minute period period.
MAKE FRIENDS
We’re all about connecting people. Did you really kick it
off with one or more of your teammates? The convo doesn’t need to end. Add them
as a friend to stay in touch! When trivia isn’t in session, you can group video
chat with other people on Lively.
Lively’s mission has always been to connect people through
the use of video. Before group trivia launched, Lively in its most recent form
was a group video chat app. Although it was fun, something was missing. People
didn’t know how to start conversations—they didn’t know how to relate to the
other people on Lively. We asked ourselves, what helps bring people together?
Our team realized that fun activities, games, and working towards a goal
instantly gives people an easier way to connect. Trivia is fun, interesting,
and currently an international hit, so we decided to put our own twist to it by
combining it with our group video chat!
