myMTEMC Android Apps
Lets look at a useful phone app called myMTEMC. This app has been released by National Information Solutions Cooperative. The app description in Google Play read as "MTEMC provides affordable, reliable, safe electricity and outstanding member service. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from MTEMC"
Additional Features of MTEMC mobile app:
- Bill & Pay - Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.
- Contact Us -Easily contact MTEMC. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.
- Maps - Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.
- Report Outage - Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.
- My Usage - View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.
myMTEMC has been installed between 500 - 1,000 times by users at the time of this review and myMTEMC app has not been reviewed yet. myMTEMC app size varies from device to device and can be installed on any Android device running version 4.1 and up.
